The Buckhorn

We are looking for a result-driven retail Sales Associate to be responsible for all sales job duties, from generating leads to closing sales.

Sales Associate duties and responsibilities include working closely with customers to determine their needs, answer their questions about our products and recommend the right solutions. You should also be able to promptly resolve customer complaints and ensure maximum client satisfaction. To be successful as a Sales associate, you should stay up-to-date with product features and maintain our store’s visual appearance in high standards.

Responsibilities include serving a wide variety of food and beverages to customers, the set up and stocking of food and beverages at the beginning of shift, preparing food for stocking on lines, performing basic cashier tasks, operating cash register, taking payment, making change, cleaning tasks while following established health and safety procedures. Must have Food Handlers Certificate.

Performs general cleaning and minor maintenance duties in maintaining building, adjacent walks and grounds, and equipment in clean, orderly and functional condition. Provides assistance to staff, visitors and other employees as necessary.

We are looking for an enthusiastic bartender to provide an excellent guest drinking experience. Good bartenders will be able to create classic and innovative drinks exceeding guests’ needs and expectations. Compensation includes hourly and tips.

The Ticket Seller is an integral part of the Buckhorn team. A ticket seller can perform a number of tasks – including sidewalk greeting and guest interaction, ticket sales, host, and plaza ticket seller. Educates guests about our museums in a fun, friendly, and fast manner.
