Group Visits

The Buckhorn Museum and The Texas Ranger Museum welcome groups and tours of all types and sizes! Our goal is to make your visit easy, entertaining and hassle-free.

Group Rate

For groups of 10 or more people, discount group rates are available. Call 210-247-4004 for discount group pricing. Reservations are required for discount rates. Tour leaders, teachers and bus drivers always receive complimentary admission with groups.

What is Included

Group admission tickets include admission to The Buckhorn Museum and Texas Ranger Museums. Both museums are self-guided. It is recommended that you allow 1½ hours for a complete Buckhorn experience. Access to The Buckhorn Café, Saloon, Gift Shop and Arcade are always free.

Museum Hours

The museums are open daily at 10:00AM. Closing times vary. Call for exact closing time. Extended hours offered Spring Break and Memorial Day through Labor Day.

Reservations

For group reservations, fill out the online reservation form to the right, or call 210-247-4004. No deposit is necessary and you may cancel at any time. Reservation is not guaranteed until you receive a confirmation from one of our friendly sales staff.

Payment

Payment is due upon arrival. We accept cash, checks, Visa, MasterCard and American Express. There will be one bill for the entire group. No individual payments will be accepted. If your group is tax exempt, please fax a tax exempt form to 210-247-4020. Bus Loading and Unloading: Buses may load and unload passengers on Houston Street on the curb cut in front of our building, or on the side of our building on Presa Street. Free bus parking is available in the downtown area.
