Group Lunch Buffet Terms and Conditions

·        Final guarantee must be given 48 hours prior to the group arrival date.

·        There will be one bill for the entire group.

·        All groups that are tax exempt must present tax exemption form prior to or on the day

of the event.

·        The museum bill and the café bill are to be paid separately upon arrival. 

Make café checks payable to: The Buckhorn Café

Make museum checks payable to: The Buckhorn Museum

·        The Buckhorn can only provide seating for up to 50 guests at a time.

·        Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the event.  Any cancellations made

within 24 hours of the scheduled event time may be subject to a $150.00 service charge.
