| For groups of 20 or more, The Buckhorn Cafe recommends setting up a group lunch. Guests will be provided
reserved seating in our authentic Texas saloon and served their meal upon arrival. |

Lunch Options:
The Buckhorn Café group lunches start at $8.99 per person.
Terms and Conditions:
 A 20 person minimum is required.
There will be one bill for the entire group. NO individual payments will be accepted.
The Museum and the Café are to be paid separately upon arrival.

Due to limited seating, the Buckhorn can only provide seating for 50 guests at one time.
Groups over 50 are encouraged to have half the group tour while the other half has lunch – then switch.
A guaranteed estimate of the number of guests is required to book your group in the Café.
A final guarantee is required at least 48 hours prior to the group arrival.
Otherwise, we will prepare for and charge for the estimated guarantee.
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the group arrival date and time.
Any cancellation made within 24 hours of the scheduled time may be subject to a $200.00 cancellation fee.
